Ragu is a proud Meath man, originally from India. Ragu is one of the directors and clinical lead Physiotherapist of SPOT therapy services. He graduated from India with a Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy and further pursued a Diploma in Developmental therapy with first-class honors in 2002 and completed a Masters in Neuro/Paediatrics in SRM College of Physiotherapy India in 2014. His master's study on "Effects of Early Neonatal Massage and Therapeutic positioning in high-risk infants on neurobehavioral and neurodevelopmental outcome" went on to be published in a medical journal.
Ragu has worked in many different clinical fields including orthopedics, neurology, and pediatrics. He has gained immense experience treating various age groups. He has gained over 20 years of clinical hands-on experience in Pediatrics and neuro-disability working in Ireland and in India. He is passionate about working with both children and adults with a wide range of disabilities to reach their fullest potential.
He has also completed specialized training which includes 8 weeks of intense contemporary NDT/Bobath training for Cerebral Palsy and other neuro-disabilities with NDTA, USA, certified in Sensory Integration with USC, USA, and a qualified baby massage instructor. Ragu also has completed advanced training in hand/foot splinting and casting and is registered with HPRA.
Ragu has been living in Ireland since 2007, working as a Senior Physiotherapist with extensive experience assessing & treating children with a variety of neurological disorders including CP, Down syndrome, Spina bifida, ASD, DCD, Developmental delay, and Sensory Processing disorders. He has experience working in Musculoskeletal and other neurological disorders e.g. Stroke, MS, Parkinson's, etc. He has a great ability to assess posture, biomechanical misalignment, movement patterns, etc., and practices evidence-based therapy through an intense hands-on approach with appropriate follow-up in bringing functional outcomes and meeting needs.
On 2016, having gained experience in medico-legal report writing on request for individuals with Cerebral Palsy & and other related conditions.
Ragu is a CORU registered Physiotherapist and a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP); Health Profession council (HPC), Neurodevelopmental Therapy Association of America(NDTA), Sensory Integration Network UK and Ireland. He is also a member of the Certificate Infant Massage Instructor group and special interest group with the Irish Association of Paediatric - Neurology Physiotherapists (CPP).
Elayaraja Sigamani alias Raj began his journey as an Occupational Therapist soon after his graduation.
Raj had obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Occupational therapy from the Dr. MGR Medical university which is WFOT recognised, Chennai, India in 2000 followed by his Master’s degree in Psychology from Madras University in 2003.
He went for the degree in Psychology, to learn more about the relationship between the body and brain.He began his career working with multiple pediatric populations including children and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders, sensory processing difficulties, muscular dystrophy, and other peripheral neuropathy conditions.
Raj then moved to Muscat, Oman in 2006, to explore his OT practice in a new healthcare setting. During this time, he gained experience in a range of practice areas in a tertiary care hospital in Ministry of Health including adult neurology, orthopaedics, aged care, complex injury management, acute care, burns, vocational rehabilitation, splinting fabrication, and post operational OT service. During this time, Raj was able to develop models of practice that supported the implementation of Occupational Therapist in the emergency setting to promote holistic health outcomes.
Raj started his career in Ireland in 2007, to enhance his cultural adaptivity through practicing in a new environment. He has immense interest in exploring in the field of OT and is active in implementing evidence-based practice into his treatment approaches.
He is active in furthering his skill set via continuing education training and the obtaining of specialized certifications and made paper presentations whenever possible. During his tenure in Ireland, he worked with children, young adults and elderly in various settings including regular schools, special schools, day services, residential services, respite services, and in Nursing homes as well.
He is well versed with various pediatric and elderly assessments, produce reports and appropriate recommendations. His skills and experience have enabled him to optimize the way in which an Occupational Therapist functions within the context of the health and social care setting.

Senior Clinical Psychologist
Wynand Gesber is the Clinical Director of Gerber Psychology Services (GPS) and is a Chartered Psychologist of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) as well as a Chartered Psychologist of the British Psychological Society (BPS). In addition, Wynand is a member of the Division of Clinical Psychology with both the PSI and BPS. He is also registered as a Clinical Psychologist (independent practice) with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Wynand Gesber holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa, as well as a Master’s degree in Clinical Pastoral Care from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. He has developed a keen interest over the last 10 years in working with children who present with developmental conditions such as the autisms, and other social communication disorders. Wynand have received both National and International specialist training in the Diagnostic Interview for Social and Communication Disorders (DISCO); the Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised (ADI-R); the Developmental, Dimensional and Diagnostic Interview (3di), and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – 2nd Edition (ADOS-2). Additionally, he has attended a variety of national and international conferences and additional trainings in child development.

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic autism assessments.
• Provide post-diagnostic therapy services for children and families.
The autism assessment includes a parenting interview (ADI-R/DISCO/3-di) and the ADOS-2 assessment/play-based session, a short autism report, including recommendations, and parental feedback.
