Then they create an individualized plan to help each child achieve optimal results. We offer pediatric physical therapy in both traditional and intensive settings.

We compleate a base line assessment to all our clients depending on the needs/diagnosis to follow up physical therapy intervention consisting of specific movement or motor based assessment this includes CPIPS , Posture and functional gait Assessment specific to child needs or diagnosis .. This highly comprehensive method of analysis helps to plan effective treatment in achieving new physical skills or abilities. Alongside to hands-on approach our Physiotherapist assist clients through scientifically proven approaches this includes sensory-motor based or motor control theories based learning and task oriented approaches through a variety of equipment that support balance activities , transitions and using Multifunctional Therapy Unit, also called the SpiderCage due to the eight support bungees to assist child or client to work in lying , standing or other functional positions .

If ye are attending SPOT first time an Initial Assessment will be completed to discuss your or child's condition, needs, and goals, which can take approximately 30 mins. During this time we complete a detailed physical assessment, review your medical history, and discuss your home/working environment, thus giving a complete picture of what goals can and should be set as part of your rehabilitation.

We can then offer treatment packages ranging from weekly appointments of an hour max or hrs to bundles of therapy time on request for intensive therapy spread over a number of days/weeks. These packages are specifically built around your needs/goals in order to deliver rehab at the highest suitable level of intensity. This clinically proven concept of high intensity & dosage is something SPOT Physiotherapist could offer on request facilitating precise targeted exercises in a repeatable & fun way, whilst still motivating you, thus helping you child or you achieve your best outcomes.
